Kendal Morrisons workers’ skydive raises £2,318 for St John’s Hospice

Two workers from Morrisons in Kendal have raised £2,318 for St John’s Hospice by taking on a sponsored skydive.

Rachel Latham and Rachael Atkinson completed the challenge together to raise money for the local hospice. Their final total included a £1,000 match-funding contribution from the Morrisons Foundation.

Where the money will go

The fundraising will help St John’s Hospice provide care and support to people and their families.

The pair said they were delighted to have completed the challenge together for a local cause. They also thanked everyone who donated, along with the Morrisons Foundation for its financial contribution.
